A review of JKPSC's official notifications reveals active recruitment for various roles, including Assistant Professors, Lecturers, and Medical Officers in disciplines such as allopathic medicine and other fields. However, there is a notable absence of opportunities tailored for BUMS graduates.

This lack of government employment opportunities has been a persistent concern, leading to challenges for BUMS graduates seeking positions within the public sector in the region. The limited availability of such posts not only restricts employment options but also affects the motivation of students considering a career in Unani medicine.
