🎉 I earned the emerging talent badge this week, recognizing me for creating engaging content that sparks an interest among my fans!
One of the essential qualities of an ideal teacher is that it always strives to update and equip itself with latest methodology and trends in education, academics and communication technology.
The education department of J&K too invests heavily in professional development and upgradation of teaching staff in the department. The teaching fraternity, especially Teacher Associations, should always welcome such initiatives in the interest of students, schools and teaching staff in the schools.
In the context of the Supreme Court directions mandating the Teachers Eligibility Test (TET), the well-qualified and experienced teachers in Jammu and Kashmir should welcome these decisions and not shy away from proving their competency.
Opposing the TET Examinations sends a wrong notion among the general public that the teachers in government schools are incompetent or inefficient in carrying out their professional responsibilities.
We should send a strong message in the public domain by wholeheartedly accepting this examination and be ready to prove our worth and efficiency.
Besides, these examinations should be a regular feature in the professional lives of teachers, particularly for the purpose of promotions, in the department.
Every child has a unique talent. Forcing them into something they don’t love only dims their light. Guide them, don’t pressurize them because passion fuels success, not pressure🙏🙏🙏
