This year, she emerges as the only girl from the entire Kashmir Zone to qualify for the Under-17 category at the national level. Out of the top 40 players shortlisted from 20 districts across Jammu & Kashmir, Mir Aleena Taha distinguished herself with exceptional skill, determination, and sportsmanship.

In the District Championship finals, she showcased extraordinary talent by defeating Ananya Rathore from Udhampur, a seasoned former national-level player. By clinching the 1st position, she confidently sealed her entry into the prestigious national event.

With this victory, Mir Aleena Taha will now represent Jammu & Kashmir in the upcoming School National Games, scheduled to be held in Delhi from 10th to 15th January 2026. Her participation reflects her hard work, passion for the sport, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
