A one-day workshop on the National Achievement Survey (NAS) 2025 under the theme of PARAK findings was successfully held today at Govt. Higher Secondary School HSS Pakherpora. Organized by the Complex Head Pakherpora in collaboration with HSS Dalwan, the event reviewed key survey results and identified critical learning gaps.
DIET Master Trainer (MT) Mr. Qaiser Rafiq delivered a detailed presentation, breaking down student performance data and pinpointing areas needing targeted academic support. His insights sparked lively discussions among participants.
Concerns arose about the shortage of expert Mathematics teachers in local schools. In response, Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, Mathematics Lecturer and In-charge of Complex HSS Pakherpora, proposed special Mathematics workshops at the Complex Headquarters. These sessions would tackle challenging topics ("hard spots") for HOI/teachers across Pakherpora and Dalwan complexes, boosting overall teaching effectiveness.
Complex Head and Principal HSS Pakherpora, *Mr. Gh. Muhammad Dar* , praised the enthusiastic participation in his address. He underscored the value of inter-school collaboration, faithful implementation of NEP 2020, and efficient resource sharing.
Vice Principal HSS Dalwan, Mr. Iqbal Ahmad, wrapped up by urging a shift toward strengthening students' foundational concepts over mere syllabus coverage.
The workshop ended with a unified commitment to elevate education quality in the region.
