As the temperature rises, let's make sure our little ones stay safe and healthy! Here are some important tips to keep in mind:

*Stay hydrated*: Encourage kids to drink plenty of water and eat hydrating foods like fruits and veggies.

*Dress wisely*: Lightweight, loose-fitting clothing and light colors are best.

*Limit outdoor activities*: Try to stay indoors during the hottest part of the day (11am-3pm).

*Provide shade*: Use umbrellas, canopies, or trees to keep kids cool outdoors.

*Watch for signs of heat-related illness*: Know the signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke, and seek medical help if needed.

*Keep kids cool*: Use fans, air conditioners, or cool baths to keep them comfortable.
