Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2, Srinagar Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 Srinagar is located in the Airforce Station at Srinagar. The Vidyalaya was established in 1978 in the Defence Sector.

It is in the midst of lush green environment providing a tranquil and conducive atmosphere for study. Genesis of Kendriya Vidyalaya is to cater the educational needs of children of transferable central govt. employees including Defence & Para military personnel by providing a common platform of education.
