Many of us have piles of old books taking up space on shelves in our homes, even if we haven’t opened them in years. A community book donation drive can spread the joy of reading by providing an institution like ours with quality literature, textbooks, references and even magazines.
Against this backdrop, Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Magam (Budgam) is launching a ‘Book Donation Drive’ under the patronage of worthy Principal Mr. A. R Bhat with an aim of reaching out to needy students with the gift of academic textbooks, references and other important study material. All the teachers, students and other community members who wish to contribute in the Book Donation Drive will be duly acknowledged.
