Authint Excellence Awards

The highest decree of Authint Excellence Awards is Public Service award. For the year this award was bagged by Greater Kashmir

The award for Excellence in Health reporting for the year 2015 was awarded to Nazir Ganaie, city editor, Rising Kashmir.
He has been instrumental in reporting about adulteration, corruption in health institutions and lack of health facilities in Kashmir.

The Urdu daily Kashmir Uzma received the commendation certificate for their work towards health awareness.

The award for Excellence in Health Care for the year 2015 went to Dr Qaiser Habib, who is a senior cardiologist with JLNM Hospital, Rainawari. He is credited with establishing state of the art cardiology unit at a district level in Kashmir and has time and again risen above the normal call of duty and created one of the best medical units among the lot of Kashmiri hospitals, both private and public.
