Case of Cephalic arch stenosis
Post Angioplasty.
50 year Male with ESRD on MHD 2 per week with left Brachiocephalic AV fistula as access for HD.
Presented with prolonged bleeding post dialysis near about 2 to 3 hours. And formation of aneurysm.
On USG Doppler there was very tight stenosis in cephalic arch and decided for angioplasty.
