Q:- Do you conduct Land surveys, land measurement and the land demarcation also? (Mir Zaffar Hussain)
A:- Yes, the measurements are done. The demarcation is done on the basis of the local Latha & Girdawari, also in consultation with the Jamabandi ( record of rights). So for that we use to fix the program with the Revenue people. The land survey is a geological matter. But the surveys of land quantity, quality and the rights/ interests is done viž a viz ROR etc during the fresh land settlement by the Revenue Agency. We provide guidance to them and the better legal solutions in case of disputes both to the private person as well as to the Government departmental persons, also the views in consultation for the management of land and land records.
Actally, this post is six year old and posted it as a memory.The Covid disturbed it. This work needs close contacts.So had to provide on telephones or on line and therefore the office at Lal chowk remained closed for a good long period. We are trying to revive, but everything is disturbed and the revival is very slow.
