It is with profound sadness and a heavy heart that the Jammu & Kashmir Rehbar-e-Khel Teachers Association extends its deepest condolences to our dear colleague Sh. Harish Choudhary Ji on the heartbreaking loss of his beloved mother, Smt. Rani Devi Ji.

The loss of a mother is an immeasurable pain that words can never truly express. At this difficult and sorrowful time, the entire Association stands firmly with our colleague and his bereaved family. May you find strength and courage to bear this irreparable loss, and may the love, memories, and blessings of your beloved mother remain with you forever.

The Jammu & Kashmir Rehbar-e-Khel Teachers Association (JKRKTA) expresses its deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to our colleague Mr. Javid Iqbal, Rehbar-e-Khel Teacher, Zone Harni, District Poonch, on the sad demise of his beloved father Mohd Khalid Khan, S/o Mohd Akbar Khan, R/o Gulatha Bagla, Retired Sub Inspector.
This loss is deeply felt by the entire Rehbar-e-Khel fraternity. We share in the grief of the bereaved family and pray to Almighty Allah (SWT) to forgive the departed soul, envelop him in His boundless mercy, and grant him the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous.
May Allah (SWT) bless the bereaved family, especially our colleague Javid Iqbal, with Sabr-e-Jameel, courage, and strength to bear this irreparable loss.

The Jammu & Kashmir Rehbar-e-Khel Teachers Association (JK UT) warmly welcomes the constitution of the UT-Level Regularization Committee by the Directorate of Youth Services & Sports, J&K. This is a significant and encouraging step towards the long-awaited regularization of Rehbar-e-Khel Teachers across the Union Territory.

The Association expresses its sincere gratitude to the worthy Director General, Youth Services & Sports, and all the concerned authorities for initiating this transparent and structured process. The formation of the committee reflects the Government's commitment to addressing the genuine aspirations of Rehbar-e-Khel Teachers who have served with dedication and sincerity for many years.

We are hopeful that the committee will review all eligible cases fairly, complete the process within the stipulated timeframe, and submit its recommendations to the Administrative Department at the earliest, paving the way for the final regularization of all deserving Rehbar-e-Khel Teachers.

The Association also appreciates the unwavering support, unity, and patience shown by the entire Rehbar-e-Khel fraternity throughout this journey. We urge all members to remain united, maintain faith in the process, and continue performing their duties with the same commitment and professionalism.

CONDOLENCE MESSAGE

It is with profound sorrow and a heavy heart that the Rehbar-e-Khel Teachers Association of Jammu & Kashmir extend their deepest and most heartfelt condolences to Mr. Abid Hussain Qureshi, Rehbar-e-Khel Teacher, Zone Beerwah, on the tragic and untimely demise of his beloved brother-in-law, a brave and dedicated police officer who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty after being fatally shot by unknown assailants in Anantnag.

His unwavering commitment, courage, and selfless service to the nation will always be remembered with the highest respect and gratitude. He laid down his life while fulfilling his sacred duty, and his sacrifice stands as a shining example of bravery, honor, and devotion to the people.

In this moment of immense grief and irreparable loss, the entire Rehbar-e-Khel fraternity of Jammu & Kashmir stands in complete solidarity with Mr. Abid Hussain Qureshi and his bereaved family. We share in your sorrow and pray that the Almighty Allah grants you and your loved ones the strength, patience, and courage to endure this heartbreaking tragedy.

The Association expresses its heartfelt gratitude to the *Hon'ble Minister for Youth Services & Sports, Shri Satish Sharma Ji, the Worthy Commissioner/Secretary, Youth Services & Sports, Shri Shahid Iqbal Choudhary Sahib, and Worthy the Director General, Ms. Anuradha Gupta Ji,* for their support, commitment, and efforts in taking this important step forward.

*Condolence Visit Notice*
As per the directions of the President of Rehbar-e-Khel Teachers Association, Mr. Dheraj Slaria, we express deep sorrow over the sudden demise of our beloved member and teacher, late Asif Sahib of Kupwara.
All teachers are advised to ensure a timely visit to the bereaved family to convey condolences and express solidarity. The visit is formulated and framed by the President of the association and he has also directed vice President Mr Nisar Hurrah to administer the whole visit, as the President is currently engaged in a prior trekking programme.
Kashmir division teachers are requested to assemble at Sopore on 22nd of March 2026 on Sunday at 11am,
in presence of the Vice President for the condolence visit to the bereaved's native village kupwara.
