ایک وقت تھا جب گاؤں کے سب لوگ بس میں بیٹھ کر بازار جایا کرتے تھے موٹر سائیکل یا سکوٹرکسی ایک آدھ گھر میں ہوتی تھی ۔ سڑک کے دونوں اطراف سفید ے کے درخت ایک خوبصورت جال بناۓ کھڑے ہوتے تھے ۔
جن پر ہر وقت چڑیوں کی چہچہاہٹ ایک الگ میوزک پیش کرتی رہتی تھی ، اُس سڑک پر چلتی بس جب اپنا مخصوص ہارن بجاتی تو گھروں میں پتہ چلتا کہ پہلا ٹائم گزر رہا ہے۔ کسی کو اپنے ہاں مہمان آنے کی اطلاع ہوتی اور کسی کو اپنے گھر بیٹھے مہمان کو روانہ کرنے کی فکر ہوتی اور پھر ایک ہوا چل گئ جس نے اپنے زور سے
وقت بدل دیا ، اور پھر
روڈ بدل گۓ
لوگ بدل گۓ ،
محبتیں بدل گئی،
بسیں بدل گئیں ،
سائیکلیں ٹھکانے لگ گئ،
درخت کٹ گۓ،
چِڑیاں اُڑ گئیں ،
چہچہاہٹ تھم گئی ،
پیدل والے رستوں پر گھاس ہو گئ ،
امی ماما میں بدل گئ ،
ابو پاپا کا روپ اختیار کر گۓ ،

اور پھر میرے گاؤں کے لوگ آپس میں بیگانے ہو گۓ، ایک دوسرے کی پرواہ ختم ہو گئی، اور یوں ایک حسِین زمانے کا اختتام ہو گیا۔

ایک پانی سے بھرے برتن میں ایک زندہ مینڈک ڈالیں اور پانی کو گرم کرنا شروع کریں
جیسے ہی پانی کا درجہ حرارت بڑھنا شروع ہو گا ، مینڈک بھی اپنی باڈی کا درجہ حرارت پانی کے مطابق ایڈجسٹ کرے گا اور تب تک کرتا رہے گا جب تک پانی کا درجہ حرارت "بوائلنگ پوائنٹ" تک نہیں پہنچ جاتا ۔۔۔۔
جیسے ہی پانی کا ٹمپریچر بوائلنگ پوائنٹ تک پہنچے گا تو مینڈک اپنی باڈی کا ٹمپریچر پانی کے ٹمپریچر کے مطابق ایڈجسٹ نہیں کر پائے گا اور برتن سے باہر نکلنے کی کوشش کرے گا لیکن ایسا کر نہیں پائے گا کیونکہ تب تک مینڈک اپنی ساری توانائی خود کو "ماحول کے مطابق" ڈھالنے میں صرف کر چکا ہو گا
بہت جلد میندک مر جائے گا۔۔۔
یہاں ایک سوال جنم لیتا ہے
"وہ کونسی چیز ہے جس نے مینڈک کو مارا؟"
سوچیئے!
میں جانتا ہوں کہ آپ میں سے اکثر یہ کہیں گے کہ
مینڈک کو مارنے والی چیز وہ " انسان" ہے جس نے مینڈک کو پانی میں ڈالا
یا پھر کچھ یہ کہیں گے کہ
مینڈک اُبلتے ہوئے پانی کی وجہ سے مرا۔۔۔
لیکن،
سچ یہ ہے کہ مینڈک صرف اس وجہ سے مرا کیونکہ وہ وقت پر جمپ کرنے کا فیصلہ نہ کر سکا اور خود کو ماحول کے مطابق ڈھالنے میں لگا رہا ۔۔۔
پاکستان کے عوام کا بھی یہی حال ہے ہر بندہ پریشان ہے مہنگائی سے بجلی کے بلوں سے روز مرہ کی ضروریات سے لیکن خاموش ہیں بس گردن جھکا کر انتظار میں ہیں کہ ہمارا باڈی ٹمپریچر جب تک برداشت کرتا ہے کرتے رہو۔۔۔
کیونکہ بحثیت قوم ہم غلام ہیں۔

Cockroach 🪳 theory for self development:

At a restaurant, a cockroach suddenly flew from somewhere and sat on a lady.She started screaming out of fear.With a panic stricken face and trembling voice, she started jumping, with both her hands desperately trying to get rid of the cockroach.Her reaction was contagious, as everyone in her group also got panicky.

The lady finally managed to push the cockroach away but ...it landed on another lady in the group.

Now, it was the turn of the other lady in the group to continue the drama.

The waiter rushed forward to their rescue.In the relay of throwing, the cockroach next fell upon the waiter.The waiter stood firm, composed himself and observed the behavior of the cockroach on his shirt.When he was confident enough, he grabbed it with his fingers and threw it out of the restaurant.

Sipping my coffee and watching the amusement, the antenna of my mind picked up a few thoughts and started wondering, was the cockroach responsible for their histrionic behavior?

If so, then why was the waiter not disturbed?

He handled it near to perfection, without any chaos.

It is not the cockroach, but the inability of those people to handle the disturbance caused by the cockroach, that disturbed the ladies.

I realized that, it is not the shouting of my father or my boss or my wife that disturbs me, but it's my inability to handle the disturbances caused by their shouting that disturbs me.

It's not the traffic jams on the road that disturbs me, but my inability to handle the disturbance caused by the traffic jam that disturbs me.

More than the problem, it's my reaction to the problem that creates chaos in my life.

=>Lessons learnt from the story:

I understood, I should not react in life.I should always respond.

The women reacted, whereas the waiter responded.

Reactions are always instinctive whereas responses are always well thought of.

A beautiful way to understand............LIFE.

Person who is HAPPY is not because Everything is RIGHT in his Life..

He is HAPPY because his Attitude towards Everything in his Life is Right..!!

So Now its in our hand to decide whether to REACT or RESPOND !!

Take Decision Wisely!!

آئیں سوچ بدلتے ہیں
کُمہار مَٹّی سے کُچھ بنا رہا تھا، کہ اُس کی بیوی نے پاس آ کر پُوچھا، کیا کر رہے ہو؟

کمہار بولا حُقَّہ (چِلَم) بنا رہا ہُوں، آج کل بہت بِک رہی ہے، کمائی اچھی ہو جائے گی.

بیوی نے جواب دیا کہ زِندگی کا مقصد صِرف کمائی کا ذریعہ ہی تَو نہیں، کچھ اور بھی ہے، تُم میری مانو، آج صُراحی (گھڑا) بناؤ، گرمی ہے، وہ بھی خُوب بِکے گی، مگر! ساتھ ساتھ لوگوں کی پیاس بُجھانے کے کام بھی آئے گی.

کمہار نے کُچھ سوچا، اور مَٹّی کو نئے رُوپ میں ڈھالنا شروع کیا، تَو اچانک مَٹّی نے پُوچھا، یہ کیا کر رہے ہو، میرا رُوپ بدل دیا، کیوں؟

کمہار نے جواب دیا، میری سوچ بدل گئی ہے، پہلے تُمہارے پَیٹ میں آگ بھر رہا تھا، اب پانی بھروں گا، اور مَخلُوقِ خُدا نفع حاصل کرے گی.
مٹی بولی، تُمہاری تَو صِرف سوچ بدلی ہے، میری تَو زِندگی بدل گئی ھے، مَیں تکلیف سے نِکل کر آسانی میں آگئی ہوں،
آپ سوچ بدلئیے زِندگی خُود بَخُود بدل جائے گی•
آسانیاں بانٹیں آسانیاں سمیٹیں

وہ کچھ سنتا تو میں کہتا مجھے کچھ اور کہنا تھا
وہ پل بھر کو جو رک جاتا مجھے کچھ اور کہنا تھا

غلط فہمی نے باتوں کو بڑھا ڈالا یونہی ورنہ
کہا کچھ تھا وہ کچھ سمجھے مجھے کچھ اور کہنا تھا

کمائی زندگی بھر کی اسی کے نام کیوں کر دی
مجھے کچھ اور کرنا تھا، مجھے کچھ اور کہنا تھا

کہاں اس نے سنی میری، سنی بھی اَن سنی کردی
اسے معلوم تھا اتنا مجھے کچھ اور کہنا تھا

میرے دل میں جو ڈر آیا، کوئی مجھ میں بھی در آیا
وہیں اک رابطہ ٹوٹا، مجھے کچھ اور کہنا تھا-
