Spending quality time with elders and engaging in meaningful activities can help maintain good mental health.
Unemployed youth can utilize this time to learn new skills, enhancing their employability and potential to earn for helping the family.
Let's make the most of this winter season by focusing on personal growth, learning, and self-improvement. May Allah bless us with the motivation and ability to utilize this time wisely.

ہر خالی برتن،جب اس میں کوئی چیز داخل ہوتی ہےتو وہ اس سےتنگ ہوجاتا ہے،اورجتنا اس میں ڈالو گےاتنا ہی تنگ ہوتاجائےگا۔

Contemporary human civilisation is rich and advanced in scientific and technical knowledge, but poor and backwards in moral and spiritual knowledge and wisdom. Consequently, we are superb at solving even the most complex of scientific and technological problems and extremely successful in controlling the forces of the natural world that is external to us. But we are utterly hopeless when it comes to solving the most basic of human problems, and we fail miserably in the task of social engineering. that is, in ordering and controlling human behaviours and the inner forces of human nature which govern them

وہ اصل چیز جو انسان کو گراتی اور اٹھاتی ہے اور اس کی قسمت کے بجائے اور بگاڑنے میں جس کا سب سے بڑا رول ہے وہ اخلاقی طاقت ہی ہے۔ ہم انسان کو انسان اس کے جسم یا اس کی جان کی بنا پر نہیں بلکہ اس کے اخلاق کی بنا پر کہتے ہیں۔ آدمی دوسری چیزوں سے جس خصوصیت کی بنا پر الگ اور نمایاں ہوتا ہے وہ یہ نہیں ہے کہ وہ جگہ گھیرتا ہے یا سانس لیتا ہے یا اس کی نسل جاری رہتی ہے، بلکہ اس کی وہ خصوصیت ، جو اسے سب سے الگ جاندار ہی نہیں بلکہ اسے زمین میں خلیفہ بناتی ہے، وہ اس کا اخلاقی اختیار اور اخلاقی ذمے داری رکھنا ہے۔ اس لیے جب انسانیت کا اصل جو ہر اخلاق ہے تو پھر ضرور یہ ماننا پڑے گا کہ اخلاق ہی انسانی زندگی کے بناؤ اور بگاڑ میں فیصلہ کرتا ہے اور اخلاقی قوانین ہی کے تحت انسان کے اوپر اٹھنے اور نیچے گرنے کا فیصلہ ہوتا ہے۔

Oscar Wilde said, "Each man kills the thing he loves." And it's true. The mere possibility of getting what we want fills the soul of the ordinary person with guilt. We look around at all those who have failed to get what they want and feel that we do not deserve to get what we want either. We forget about all the obsta cles we overcame, all the suffering we endured, all the things we had to give up in order to get this far. I have known a lot of people who, when their personal call- ing was within their grasp, went on to commit a series of stupid mistakes and never reached their goal when it was only a step away.

This is the most dangerous of the obstacles because it has a kind of saintly aura about it: renouncing joy and conquest. But if you believe yourself worthy of the thing you fought so hard to get, then you become an instrument of God, you help the Soul of the World, and you understand why you are here.

جس طرح بھیڑ بکریوں کو یہ پتہ نہیں ہوتا کہ ہانکنے والا انہیں چراگاہ کی طرف لے جارہا ہے یا بوچڈ خانے کی طرف وہ بس آنکھیں بند کر کے ہانکنے والے کے اشاروں پر چلتی رہتی ہیں، اسی طرح یہ عوام الناس بھی اپنے شیطان نفس اور اپنے گمراہ کن لیڈروں کے اشاروں پر آنکھیں بند کیے چلے جارہے ہیں، کچھ نہیں جانتے کہ وہ انہیں فلاح کی طرف ہانک رہے ہیں یا تباہی وبربادی کی طرف۔ اس حد تک تو ان کی حالت بھیڑ بکریوں کے مشابہ ہے۔ لیکن بھیڑ بکریوں کو خدا نے عقل و شعور سے نہیں نوازا ہے۔ وہ اگر چرواہے اور قصائی میں امتیاز نہیں کرتیں تو کچھ عیب نہیں۔ البتہ حیف ہے ان انسانوں پر جو خدا سے عقل و شعور کی نعمتیں پا کربھی اپنے آپ کو بیٹر بکریوں کی سی فضلت و بے شعوری میں مبتلا کر لیں۔
