बिस्मिल्लाहिर रहमानिर रहीम
(शुरू अल्लाह के नाम से, जो अत्यंत कृपाशील और दयावान है)
अल-कारियाह (खड़खड़ा देने वाली या कयामत)।
क्या है वह खड़खड़ा देने वाली?
और तुम्हें क्या मालूम कि क्या है वह खड़खड़ा देने वाली?
जिस दिन लोग बिखरे हुए पतंगों की तरह होंगे।
और पहाड़ धुनी हुई रंग-बिरंगी ऊन की तरह हो जाएंगे।
फिर जिसका पलड़ा (नेक कामों का) भारी होगा,
तो वह मनपसंद सुख-चैन की जिंदगी में होगा।
और जिसका पलड़ा (नेक कामों का) हल्का होगा,
तो उसका ठिकाना 'हाविया' (गहरा गड्ढा/जहन्नम) है।
और तुम्हें क्या मालूम कि वह क्या है?
वह धधकती हुई आग है।

English meaning 👇

Translation of Surah Al-Qariah (The Striking Calamity)
Here is the English translation of Surah Al-Qariah:
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
Al-Qariah (The Striking Calamity).
What is the Striking Calamity?
And what can make you know what the Striking Calamity is?
It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed.
And the mountains will be like wool, carded.
Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds],
He will be in a pleasant life.
But as for one whose scales are light,
His refuge will be Hawiyah (the Abyss).
And what can make you know what it is?
It is a scorching Fire.
