URGENT NOTICE: MANDATORY ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT

To: All Parents/Guardians
It has been observed with grave concern that a significant number of students are frequently absent from their classes without prior authorization. This notice serves as a final warning regarding the minimum attendance requirements for the current academic session.
Policy Regulations
As per the statutory norms of the Directorate of School Education and the Board of School Education, every student is mandated to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in all subjects.
Please take note of the following strict measures:
Eligibility for Examinations: Any student whose attendance falls below the 75% threshold will be strictly debarred from appearing in the upcoming annual examinations.
Admit Cards: No roll number slips or admit cards will be issued to defaulters under any circumstances.
Medical Grounds: Leave on medical grounds will only be considered if supported by a valid Medical Certificate from a registered government practitioner, submitted within 48 hours of the absence.
Continuous Absence: Students absent for more than six consecutive days without a formal written application will have their names struck off the school rolls.
The Parent's Role:
Education is a collaborative effort. We urge parents to ensure that their wards attend school punctually and regularly. Frequent absenteeism not only hampers academic progress but also fosters a lack of discipline that is difficult to rectify later.
