Also conducted more than 200 engineering aspirants to build confidence in them to achieve more heights.

During the course of scale-up, multiple parameters will be deployed, yet there can be multiple challenges which could arise due to inadequate/ineffective mixing. Just Suspension Speed plays a key role setting a benchmark for mixing.

During scale-up of semi batch dosing reactions, we often use power per unit volume / tip speed as scale-up factor by maintaining identical flowrate of reagent and neglecting the dispersion of reagent.

The more appropriate factor to consider in such cases is the Blend time / mixing time (t95), which shall be deployed to attain 95% uniformity in the mixing vessel.

While scale-up of mixing, there shall be multiple scale-up factors depending on which we'll replicate similar pattern while scaling up / down.

Out of which Power per unit volume is most significantly used and apart from this, we'll also use Tip speed as scale-up factor when certain criteria is met.

There are multiple factors to scale-up mixing like Power per unit volume, Tip speed, Reynolds number, Froude's number etc, but using these factors in right way requires certain criteria, so that the application could be right first time.
