हाल ही में GST में कर-निर्धारण (Assessment) की प्रक्रिया आरम्भ हो चुकी है विभागीय दबाब एवं कर संग्रहण के चलते अधिकारीगण ज्यादा से ज्यादा माँग राशि का कर-निर्धारण आदेश ही पारित करने के इच्छुक रहेगें।

किसी प्रकार की जाँच प्रक्रिया विभाग ज्यादा दिनों तक टाल भी नहीं पाएगा क्योकि GST में जाँच की समय-सीमा बहुत कम एवं तय है।

अत विवाद रहित कर-निर्धारण (Assessment) करवाने के लिए आज ही बनवाए अपनी करांजलि (मेरा कर-निर्धारण, मेरे दृष्टि से) बनवा कर उपलब्धि पाए।

आई टी सी का अकाउंट हम कैसे देखेंगे,सब खिचड़ी कर दिया है
रिटर्न देते समय व्यापारी के लेखों की आई टी से कोई मतलब नही रह गया है
2A or 2B के अनुसार आई टी सी क्लैम करनी है,इसकी डिटेल को कोई व्यापारी या उनका अकाउंटंट देखना नही चाहता है कि इसमें non admissible ITC and हमसे सम्बन्धित नही ITC कितनी है।
जो supplier सप्लाई २०-२१ की २१-२२ में सितम्बर माह के नक़्शे तक दिखायेंगे,उसका हिसाब हम २०२०-२१ की बुक़स में कहाँ /कैसे दिखायेंगे
जी॰एस॰टी॰ अधिनियम केअनुसार यदि जुलाई की ख़रीद का माल अगस्त में प्राप्त होता है तो आईटीसी का लाभ अगस्त के नक़्शे में लेना होता है परन्तु सप्लायर तो सप्लाई जुलाई के नक़्शे मेंदिखाएगा और 2-A ,2-B July में आईटीसी दिखेगी,अब इसे कौन से नक़्शे में क्लैम करेंगे-
जुलाई -जो अधिनियम के विपरीत है
अगस्त- 2-A,2-B में दिखायी नही दे रहा है।
अनावश्यक नोटिस जारी होएँगे और हमारा समय ख़राब होगा।
