Today, the School Captain, Dimple Devi, and Vice Captain, Khushi Biswakarma, along with the House Captains and Vice Captains, took the oath for the academic session 2026–27. They pledged to follow the rules and regulations of the school and to perform their duties sincerely for the welfare and betterment of the institution.

JVM proudly congratulates Bhuyokh Jyoti Saikia of grade Ten for his outstanding achievement at the Karate Championship 2026 held at Green Paradise Resort, Mumbai, Maharashtra on 4th May 2026.

He brought great pride by winning two Gold Medals and one Bronze Medal in Kick-Boxing Karate and was also recognized as the Most Stylish Player of the event.

Your hard work, discipline, and dedication have made the entire JVM family proud. We wish you a bright future and many more wonderful achievements in the days ahead.

Jyoti Vidyamandir is proud to share that our student, Abhigyan Upreti, received two awards at a grand ceremony held at Swahid Mukunda Kakati High School. He was honoured with the Late Manorama Goswami Memorial Award of Rs. 5,000. He was also felicitated as the centre topper of the HSLC Examination for the session 2025–26. JVM expresses its heartfelt gratitude and wishes him a bright and successful future.He is the son of Mr. Durga Upreti and Mrs. Jharna Upreti, permanent residents of Chandamari- Bangali.

অসমৰ দুৱাৰদলিত হেঁপাহৰ ৰঙালী। ৰঙালী বিহুক আদৰাৰ আমাৰ অৰ্থাৎ জ‌্যোতি বিদ্যামন্দিৰৰ এক বিশেষ প্ৰয়াস। বিগত বৰ্ষৰ দৰে এইবাৰো জ্যোতি বিদ্যামন্দিৰৰ প্ৰাঙ্গণত উদযাপন কৰা হ'ল প্ৰাক্ ৰঙালী বিহু। ৰঙালী বিহুৰ মাদকতা তথা বিশেষত্ব কণ কণ ছাত্ৰ ছাত্ৰীক বুজাই তোলাই আমাৰ লক্ষ্য।জাতি-জনগোষ্ঠীৰ মিলনভূমি অসম। সেই মিলনৰ চানেকিও খুবেই সুন্দৰকৈ প্ৰতিফলিত কৰাৰ আন এক প্ৰচেষ্টা অস্থায়ী তোৰণখন। অসমীয়া(হাতে বোৱা গামোচা)নেপালী(সদা), বড়ো(আৰনাই), মিচিং(আৰ্কক),
কাৰ্বি(কাৰ্বি গামোচা), আহোম(ফা-চিন),তিৱা(ফালি), টঙালি ইত্যাদি জাতি-জনগোষ্ঠীৰ বিশেষ বস্ত্ৰ প্ৰতিফলিত কৰা হৈছিল তোৰণখনত। ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীৰসকলৰ মাজৰ উৎসাহ আৰু আনন্দই দুগুণে ৰঙ চৰালে জ্যোতি বিদ্যামন্দিৰৰ প্ৰাঙ্গণত।জ্যোতি বিদ্যামন্দিৰৰ এই ধৰণৰ প্ৰচেষ্টা চিৰদিন অটুট থাকিব।
