Dr. H.R. Bhardwaj Memorial Lecture organised by on the theme “The Emergence of AI and Its Implications for Justice Delivery and Legal Systems” was delivered today by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Manmohan, Judge, Supreme Court of India today.
The lecture was organised in honour of Dr. H.R. Bhardwaj, whose distinguished contributions to law, public life, and institution-building continue to inspire generations of legal scholars, practitioners, and policymakers.
The lecture offered important reflections on the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on justice delivery, judicial processes, and the evolving legal landscape.
This occasion was also graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Bhardwaj’s family members.

The launch of “Technology Law Regulations, Cyber Policy, and the Digital Landscape”, authored by Mr. and Prof. .in , brought together distinguished leaders from the legal, policy, and governance spheres for an insightful discussion on the evolving digital ecosystem.
The book was unveiled in the august presence of Chief Guest Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, along with Guests of Honour Mr. R. Venkataramani, Attorney General for India; Mr. Tushar Mehta, Solicitor General of India; and Mr. Amitabh Kant, Former G20 Sherpa, Government of India.
The launch marked an important conversation on the intersection of technology, law, cyber policy, and the rapidly transforming digital landscape shaping the future of governance and innovation.
