It is informed that the National Portal ( ) for submission of the online scholarship forms (Fresh and Renewal cases) for
1) 𝗔𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗘-𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀,
2) 𝗔𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗘-𝗦𝗮𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆-𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 and
3) 𝗔𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗘-𝗦𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 has been opened from today i.e. 20/07/2022 till 31/10/2022.

The salient features of the said schemes are available in public domain and the same can be accessed at https://www.aicte-india.org/schemes/students-development-schemes. The students may submit their Fresh & Renewal applications. The students are advised to submit their online applications well in time so that their institutions are able to verify their applications within the prescribed timelines.

The last date for First Level of verification (L1) of applications (fresh and renewal cases) by Institutions/(INO) including re-submitted defective applications and Second Level of verification (L2) of applications (Fresh & Renewal cases) by State Nodal Officers is 15th November 2022 and 30th November 2022 respectively.

As you are aware, "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM)’ is an ongoing celebration to commemorate the 75 glorious years of a progressive independent India. This initiative by the Government of India aims to bring focus on our freedom struggle and on the milestones we have achieved as a nation. AKAM is dedicated to the people of India who have been instrumental in development of the country and its evolutionary journey.

Under the aegis of AKAM, a campaign ‘Har Ghar Tiranga' has been launched to encourage the citizens to hoist the National Flag of India in their homes. Idea behind the campaign is to instil a feeling of patriotism in the hearts of people and reminisce the contribution of those who tirelessly worked for nation building..

In light of the above, it is requested to all faculty, staff and students of Hindu College of Engineering, Delhi NCR, Sonepat, Haryana to hoist the National Flag in their homes during the period from 13th to 15th August 2022 and make the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Campaign a resounding success.

Greetings from Department of Humanities and Applied Science!

UNESCO in its endeavor to promote the dissemination of mother tongues and fuller awareness of linguistic and cultural traditions throughout the world has declared 21st February every year as International Mother Language Day (Matribhasha Diwas).
To commemorate this day and to inculcate the sense of unity in diversity among students, Department of Applied Science, HCE is conducting various events like multilingual Poetry and Video Making Competition on language attrition for class 9-12th and college students.

Details of the Events:

1. Video Making Competition: Topic: Language an Incredible tool!
Rules:
A. Time Limit will be of 2-3 minutes.
B. Students have to mail their prepared videos at [email protected] latest by 20th February 2022.
C. Visual presence of the students is mandatory in the video recordings.
2. Poetry Competition: Topic: Patriotism
Rules:
A. Time Limit will be of 1-2 minutes.
B. Students could recite their poems in any regional language. Example, Haryanvi, Punjabi, Bhojpuri etc.
C. The event will commence on 26th February 2022 on Zoom Platform. Joining link will be shared to all the registered participants.
