Track and manage incoming payments.

Keep the clients informed about their outstanding debts and give them a reasonable deadline to make the payments.

Maintain and update the report of all billing activities and present them to the Billing Supervisor.

Collect feedback from clients and help them solve their issues related to billing.

Issue invoices, bills, receipts, etc and manage the account status.

Check the credibility of debit accounts.

Check for missing payments and notify the Billing Coordinator.

Maintain and update accounts receivable records.

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling purchasing activity
for all production and non-production related goods and services required to
support the manufacturing plant. Purchasing activities include supplier selection
and the negotiations with suppliers for price, quality, timeliness of delivery,
specifications, value improvement programs, contract administration, requisition
review, and purchase order ex*****on. Other responsibilities include maintaining
knowledge of market conditions and advising management on purchasing
alternatives to assure a continued flow of materials to meet production and sales
requirements.

Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Develop positive relationships with clients
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

We are searching for a motivated Accounting Assistant who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. Accounting Assistants can expect to assist the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and preparing budgets and reports. You should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills.
