🌾 From NIFTEM-K Research to Industry Impact | Gluten-Free Pasta Technology Transferred

What begins as research in the laboratory can create meaningful impact when innovation reaches the industry.

NIFTEM-Kundli developed the “Gluten-Free Pasta” technology, an innovation aimed at creating a nutritious gluten-free pasta alternative.

The technology was developed by a team comprising Dr. Harinder Singh Oberoi, Director, NIFTEM-K, Dr. Rakhi Singh, Dr. Barjinder Pal Kaur and Er. Shreya.

Taking this innovation a step closer to the market, the Gluten-Free Pasta technology has now been transferred to NuriZen Food and Wellness (India) LLP, Punjab.

This milestone reflects NIFTEM-K’s commitment to moving “Research to Reality”- converting scientific knowledge and food technology innovations into solutions with potential for real-world application.

The transfer also strengthens the bridge between academia and industry, creating pathways for NIFTEM-K technologies to reach consumers and contribute to a more diverse and innovative food ecosystem.

🌱 Research. Innovation. Technology Transfer. Impact.
