A lot of people create real value and still struggle financially because “value creation” alone is not enough. Markets reward a combination of things:
Value created
Visibility
Distribution
Timing
Negotiation ability
Scalability
Consistency
Market demand
Positioning
Capital access
Network effects
A school teacher creates enormous value. A farmer creates enormous value. A social worker creates enormous value. Yet many are underpaid.
Meanwhile, some people earn disproportionately because they:
package value better,
distribute it better,
solve expensive problems,
or operate in scalable systems.
Create Value but make sure Impact is visible.
