As part of the Orientation Programme for the MBA Batch 2025–2027, the School of Management, GD Goenka University is going to host an insightful workshop titled “Befriending and Overcoming Stress Through Empowering Mind.” Scheduled on 22nd July 2025 at 10:30 am onwards, this session will be conducted by Dr. Manoj Handa, Chief Medical Officer, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.

The workshop is going to provide valuable insights on managing stress, building emotional resilience, and enhancing focus—equipping students to step into their MBA journey with confidence, clarity, and a strong mindset. This initiative is going to set a thoughtful and empowering tone for the days ahead.

Can leadership be built in a classroom alone, or does it take something more?

The School of Management, GD Goenka University, has signed an MoU with Indiahikes to launch the Himalayan Leadership Lab, an experiential programme that takes learning beyond lecture halls into the demanding environment of the Himalayas.

Designed to shape real-world capability, the programme focuses on developing operational grit, decision-making and leadership under pressure. From managing logistics in unpredictable conditions to working through team dynamics and shared responsibility, students experience leadership in its most practical form.

By stepping outside the classroom, this collaboration redefines how management education prepares students to lead with clarity, resilience and confidence.

The Marketing Club at the School of Management, GD Goenka University successfully organized The AD MAD Show—a celebration of creativity, innovation, and marketing brilliance. 🎭✨

Students came together in teams to conceptualize and present engaging video advertisements, showcasing not only their understanding of marketing concepts but also their originality and storytelling skills.

The level of creativity, confidence, and effort displayed by all participants was truly commendable. 👏

Congratulations to all the winners for securing top positions, and a big appreciation to every participant for making the event a vibrant success. We hope you continue to nurture this creative spirit and push boundaries in the future!

These 3-credit courses offer students and professionals the opportunity to gain academic credits while building industry-relevant knowledge through a flexible online learning experience.
