🇮🇳 Celebrating the Spirit of Freedom! 🇮🇳

The 80th Independence Day of our nation was celebrated with immense pride and patriotic fervour at our institution.

Our Joint Secretary, Dr. Vignesh Kumar, hoisted the National Flag and delivered an inspiring Independence Day message to our faculty and students.

The celebrations came alive with special cultural performances by our talented students, reflecting the spirit of patriotism, unity and national pride. The outstanding performances were honoured with prizes and appreciation.

As a part of real world readiness, On 7 August 2026, the Department of Information Technology visited OSIZ Technologies, Madurai, where our students were introduced to the fundamentals and real-world applications of Blockchain Technology.
The industrial visit provided valuable exposure to emerging technologies, industry practices and the skills expected in the modern IT sector. Such experiential learning opportunities help students bridge the gap between classroom concepts and industry requirements.

The 9th Graduation Day of AAA College of Engineering and Technology, Sivakasi, was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 26 July 2026 at the college campus.

The ceremony was graced by Dr. P. Karvannan, Secretary & Chairman Dr. P. Correspondent, and Mr. Abishek Pandian, Trustee, who presided over the function. Dr. M. Sekar, Principal, AAACET, chaired the event. The Chief Guest, Dr. M. Kanthababu, Director, Centre for Research, Anna University, Chennai, conferred the degrees upon the graduating students and delivered the graduation address.

The *Women Empowerment Cell (WEC)* of AAA College of Engineering and Technology (AAACET) organized a *Free Eye Screening Camp *on 07-08-2026 at *Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Higher Secondary School,Krishnapuram*.The objective of the camp was to create awareness among school students about the importance of eye health, facilitate early detection of vision-related problems, and encourage regular eye examinations for maintaining healthy eyesight.

The Department of CSE, AAACET in association with *Red Hat Academy & CSI Student Chapter* smoothly conducted the *”Awareness in Red Hat Certification Courses”* programme for II & III Year (CSE, AI&DS, IT, CYBERSECURITY) students today, (04.08.2026) at Sir Visvesvaraya Seminar Hall, Cambridge Block, under the coordination of *Dr. P. Senthil Pandian, ASP/CSE - Red Hat Academy Coordinator.* The session was handled very well by chief guests Mr. C. Chella Palani and Mr. A. Jeyakumar, where students learnt about Red Hat certification pathways, exam structure, career opportunities, and real-world applications of open source technologies.
