The Inter-House Fancy Dress Competition brought out the best of imagination and creativity across PY1 to PY6! 🎭✨
From beloved Disney characters to iconic book heroes, our learners dressed up with flair and stepped into their favourite stories with confidence and joy. Every costume was a reflection of their personality, their love for storytelling, and their willingness to express themselves freely.
Beyond the colours and creativity, the competition sparked healthy inter-house spirit and gave every learner a stage to shine on.

The Coffee Table Celebrations brought together learners, parents, and teachers across EY2, EY3, PY1, PY2, and PY4, and what followed was nothing short of inspiring. 💛

Our learners stepped up with confidence, sharing their Central Ideas, Lines of Inquiry, learning engagements, reflections, and real-life connections through presentations, field-trip reflections, creative expressions, mathematics, language, dance, arts, and hands-on experiences.

What made the day truly special was the conversation between learners and parents. Thought-provoking questions, real-life situations, and enthusiastic responses brought out the best in every learner, encouraging them to think, connect, reflect, and communicate with a confidence that was wonderful to witness.

When learners take ownership of their journey and share it with the people who matter most, that is learning at its most meaningful.

Sivakasi Lions International Institutions celebrated Independence Day 2026 with immense pride, enthusiasm, and patriotic spirit. 🇮🇳

The celebration began with the Flag Hoisting, followed by inspiring speeches and patriotic songs that set the tone for a truly memorable morning. Our learners then took the stage with three powerful performances: the energetic Fit India, Free India gymnastics showcase, the thought-provoking Wings of Will drama, and the vibrant Living Canvas of India dance that filled the room with colour and pride.

A celebration that reminded every learner, parent, and teacher present what it means to carry the spirit of India forward.

Learning looks different when it steps outside the classroom — and this week, it took our learners to some very interesting places. 🌟
PY1 visited Jancy Supermarket and TMB Bank to explore how community spaces function and the people who keep them running. They observed, interacted, and came away with a much deeper understanding of community helpers and the responsibilities they carry.
PY2 took their inquiry into health choices to Jancy Supermarket, where they explored food labels and compared products, and to Bull’s Fitness Studio, where they discovered the impact of physical activity on a healthy and balanced life.
PY4 visited Bull’s Fitness Studio as part of their inquiry into lifestyle choices and the human body, experiencing firsthand how exercise strengthens the muscular, circulatory, and skeletal systems.
Three grades, four destinations, and a week of learning that no classroom could have delivered on its own.

Red Day was a celebration of colour, creativity, and hands-on fun for our EY learners! ❤️
They created beautiful red-themed greeting cards, explored the colour through songs and art activities, made apple prints, matched numbers with red rice, and expressed their emotions using red hearts. Every activity was designed to make learning joyful and meaningful, while quietly building observation, fine motor, and numeracy skills along the way.
A day painted entirely in red, and our little learners made every moment of it count.

From vision care to fire safety, PY1 discovered what it truly means to serve a community. 🌟
At Naveen Eye Hospital, learners explored different areas of the hospital, met the professionals who work there, and observed the equipment used to examine and care for patients. The visit helped them understand how healthcare professionals contribute to the well-being of the community through service, cooperation, and commitment.

At the fire station, a fire safety officer introduced learners to the roles and responsibilities of firefighters, the equipment they use, and the trucks they rely on in emergencies. PY1 climbed onto the fire truck, wore life jackets, and learnt how to stay safe during a fire or earthquake — making it as hands-on as it was meaningful.

Two visits, two very different settings, and a class full of learners who came back knowing exactly who keeps their community running.

From knowledge to creativity, our learners proudly showcased everything their Units of Inquiry had built. 💛

Through engaging presentations, interactive displays, and thoughtful reflections, our learners confidently shared the knowledge, understanding, skills, and creativity developed during their Units of Inquiry. Parents had the opportunity to step into their child’s learning world, witnessing firsthand the spirit of inquiry, collaboration, communication, and reflection that shapes every day at our school.

More than a showcase, it was a reminder that when learners are given ownership of their learning, what they produce is truly something to be proud of. 🌟

Keeping every child safe is not just a priority, it is a shared commitment that extends to every member of our community.
We recently conducted a POCSO Awareness and Training Session bringing together learners, parents, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff under one roof. The sessions were led by experienced resource persons Ms. Mohita Arun, Ms. Babitha Balaji, Mr. C. Arunkumar, Mr. Jobastin, and Ms. Richa Agarwal, and focused on the child safety, safeguarding practices, and building a safe and supportive environment for every learner as laid in the POCSO Act.
An informed community is the strongest safeguard any child can have, and this session was a meaningful step in that direction.

Friendship Day was celebrated with warmth and joy, led beautifully by our PY4 learners. 💛
The morning assembly featured news headlines, a heartfelt speech on friendship, a reverse drama that traced the journey of friendship from childhood to a lifelong bond, an inspiring song, and a vibrant group dance that had everyone smiling.
Beyond the assembly, learners across all classes shared snacks with their friends and tied handmade friendship bands around each other’s wrists — small gestures that carried a lot of love.
A day that reminded every learner that the best things in life are always better with a friend by your side.
