Honoring the Heartbeats of Healing – International Nurses Day | 12th May
“Let us never consider ourselves finished nurses… we must be learning all of our lives.”
— Florence Nightingale

Today, on the birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale, we bow in deepest gratitude to the nurses of the world — the silent warriors, the guardians of care, the first responders, and the last to give up.

International Nurses Day is not just a celebration. It is a reminder of the selfless sacrifices, unshakable compassion, and clinical brilliance that nurses embody — whether in an overburdened hospital ward, a rural health camp, a pandemic ICU, or a disaster relief zone.

From healing hands to empathetic hearts, from night shifts to lifelong service, a nurse’s touch brings hope in pain, calm in chaos, and life in critical hours.

Let us honor:
• The Florence Nightingales of our generation.
• The nursing educators, who shape tomorrow’s caregivers.
• The nurses of India and beyond, working in both silence and strength.

To every nurse – you are not just essential; you are irreplaceable.

India has lost its brightest star, a true Kohinoor. Shri Ratan Tata was not just an industrialist but a visionary leader who propelled India to new heights in the global arena. His selfless contributions, from business to philanthropy, transformed the nation, making it stronger, innovative, and more compassionate. Under his leadership, the Tata group became a symbol of trust, ethics, and national pride, touching the lives of millions.

We have not just lost an extraordinary businessman; we have lost a true patriot and humanitarian. His departure leaves an irreplaceable void in our hearts and the future of Indian industry. His life was a shining example of leadership with humility, and he will forever inspire generations to come.

May the divine grant him eternal peace, and may his legacy continue to guide us in building a better India.

Rest in peace, Sir Ratan Tata. You will always live in our hearts.

Raihan Ul Haque
