SPEAK
S.P.E.A.K stands for School Promoting Expression, Elocution and Articulation in Kids. The plays enacted are chosen specially to inculcate moral values.
SPEAK aims at providing activity based learning for children in the age group of 6 to 12 years. The kids are encouraged to shed their inhibitions and express themselves freely. This is achieved by making them enact plays, do role plays, reading and story telling. These plays are performed every month and the parents of the students are invited to see the play. S.P.E.A.K has also contributed Rs.1000/- (left after distributing the snackboxes at the blind school) to igiveindia.org which is an effort to provide basic amenities for children studying in a govt school. Out of 12 class rooms six do not have tables and chairs. The total contribution required by igiveindia.org is Rs.75,000/-.

The September activity month for S.P.E.A.K is now complete. The assignment was fully complete after the children distributed the snack boxes from the proceeds of their craft work sale at the dandiya night.
We also had an elocution competition in the last class which was judged by Dr.Charu Goel. The winner of the competition was Aarnav Agarwal.

The S.P.E.A.K stall at the Dandiya Night was sold out. The children collected Rs.3800 from the craft work they sold. The proceeds will be used to get snack boxes made for the children at the school for blind dumb and deaf ! A big thank you to everyone who made it possible. Getting things ready for the upcoming exhibition !!
As a part of their September activity assignment, the students of S.P.E.A.K are putting up a stall of craft work done by them. They will use the proceeds from the sale of these products to get snack boxes made for the specially abled students at the School for Blind, Deaf and Dumb in Sitapur.
