The Dayanand Anglo-Vedic Schools System, also familiarly known as the D.A.V. Public Schools System is the single largest non-governmental education society in India[citation needed]. It is based on the ideals of the religious and social reformer, Swami Dayanand Saraswati. unded in 1886, in Lahore by the efforts of Lala Hansraj, It manages 667 institutions today, 461 of which are high school level institutions, with an annual budget of more than 2 billion rupees. These schools are run by the Dayanand Anglo-Vedic College Trust and Management Society, also commonly known as the Dayanand Anglo-Vedic Education Society.[citation needed]. It holds the record for producing the largest number of CBSE ( class Xth and XIIth) toppers as a single institution in the last 10 years[citation needed]. College Trust and Management Society' are part of the Archives at the Nehru Memorial Museum & Library, at Teen Murti House, Delhi. It is an English medium co-educational institution running under the experienced management and the qualified and experienced teachers. Individual attention is our speciality. We are conducting classes from Play Group to XII standard. Presently, School is running senior classes in commerce stream with the choice between Maths & Computer. The medium of instruction adopted by the school is primarily English. However due importance is given to Hindi, our national language. Sanskrit is the third language.
