The college was established by the Sirsa Education Society on 5th Feb. 1957 and was intially affiliated as a non-government college to Punjab University. The affiliation of the College was shiffted to KUK in 1974.The college was taken over by Haryana Government in 1979 and named as GNC,Sirsa(Haryana).
