📖 Method (Process of the Activity)

1. Warm-up – Children were guided with simple stretches to prepare their bodies.

2. Yoga Poses – Kids practiced easy asanas like Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) for balance, Sukhasana (Easy Pose) for calmness, Shavasana (Relaxation Pose) for mindfulness, and playful partner poses to make yoga fun.

3. Breathing Practice – Deep breathing with closed eyes to improve focus and calmness.

4. Relaxation – Finally, children lay down in Shavasana to relax their mind and body.
