Ragging at West Bengal. A 17 years old fell from top the institution building & died. According to the incident the boy named Swapnadip just joined the institution, at 1st day he assumed that something is wrong, at night he called to his home & told his parents about this things. The next day the news gone to his to his house that he is no more. Police has arrested 3 students & also an ex student for interrogation, C.M. Mamtaa Banarjee has talked with the victim's parents. The police was unable to track any witness because all the students are fear of those accused. But for information I would like to say according to Indian constitution 305 of IPC Abetment of su***de of a minor or insane person & 302 of IPC Murder is punishable by death sentence. So please don't fear because if these accused are let free than the makers of our country i.e. the students will be in a serious danger. Please raise ur voice against it. To , it is my request please take the necessary steps to track down the criminals and place them in front of the court of law. To , it is my request to give them all the toughest punishment in the law. To , it is my request to bring the strict & strict punishment in the law against as it is a "Traitor" act for the country, capital punishment should be imposed for it. All the institutions of India should mandetry for students to submit an notery paper in institution at the time of admission.
