Yet another spectacular year of School Genius- one of the biggest interschool competition for the schools of Barak Valley conducted under Tecnoesis, NIT Silchar, gets sucessfully completed! With a footfall of over 500+ exhilarated and talented students each day, we concluded a power-packed weekend where students engaged themselves in multiple fun activities- from brain teasers to moves that set the floor ablaze.
Even though all the students were exceptional, outperforming each other giving a tough time to the judges to decide the best of the best. For this session of School Genius 2024, Saurjyadeep Acharjee from Maharishi Vidya Mandir, Silchar bagged the Prize for *Tech Kid* & Saint Capitanio School, Silchar bagged the Prize for *The Best School*.

Here comes the rules, which are pretty simple:-

There will be two rounds:-

• "Grey Fuzz" is the preliminary round of Xeng.

• The quizmaster will ask questions and the answers need to be written down in a paper, within the time limit.

• The top scoring teams will be going to the finals.

Your mission is to unravel the mystery by piecing together clues and hints scattered throughout the scene. Interrogate suspects, solve mind-bending puzzles, and collaborate with your team to crack the case wide open.

I)The rules are quite simple :
There will be two rounds -
•The prelims - It will be a pen and paper round.
•The Mains - It will include the much awaited field investigation.
II)Criteria of Judgement : Only 5 teams from the prelims will be filtered to the mains. In mains, the team solving the case in minimum time will bag the prize.
