KBL कंप्यूटर सेंटर की स्थापना कंप्यूटर साक्षरता को अधिक से अधिक लोगों तक पहुचाने के उद्देश्य से कि गय़ी है अभी भी समाज का एक बड़ा वर्ग इस अभियान से बंचित है कारन यह की शायद हम उन तक कंप्यूटर साक्षरता के सही मायने पंहुचा पाने या समझा पाने में असमर्थ रहे हैं| आयें हम सब एक सार्थक कोशिश करें की आगामी कुछ दिनों में हम उन लोगों तक पहुच कर कम से कम उन्हें यह बताने की कोशिश करें की कंप्यूटर साक्षरता शब्द के सही मायने क्या हैं और अगर वो कंप्यूटर सीखते हैं तो वो क्या क्या कर सकते हैं| राज्य के युवाओं एवं छात्रों को कंप्यूटर से परिचय कराने हेतु एक अनुपम प्रयास|
