🌱 PLANTATION DRIVE 2026 | AL KOWSAR EDUCATIONAL ACADEMY 🌿

Alhamdulillah, today’s Plantation Drive was not just an activity, but a beautiful lesson of responsibility, unity, and care for Allah’s creation. 🤍

We were deeply honored by the presence and active participation of our respected Zonal Educational Officer Vehil, our worthy Chairman Sahib, and our respected Founder & Patron M***i Bilal Sahib, whose encouragement greatly motivated our students.

A heartfelt appreciation to all our dedicated faculty members who remained with the students throughout the drive — not only guiding them but personally taking active part in planting trees and making the initiative successful.

Most importantly, we are proud of our beloved students who showed remarkable dedication, discipline, and sincerity towards this noble cause. Some students even got their uniforms covered in mud while planting trees — and honestly, there is no stain more beautiful than the mud earned while working for a greener future and serving humanity. 🌱

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:

«“If a Muslim plants a tree or sows seeds, and then a bird, person, or animal eats from it, it is regarded as a charity (Sadaqah) for him.”»

🌍 WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY | 05 JUNE 2026 🌿

Today, the students of AL KOWSAR EDUCATIONAL ACADEMY, Vehil Shopian, proudly led an environmental awareness campaign focused especially on protecting our local stream Wadej River (Wadij Nallah) under the guidance of our respected Vice Principal Mohd Abas Rather.

The campaign was organized with the aim of spreading awareness regarding the increasing pollution in Wadej stream, which is an important water source and blessing for our village.

As part of this initiative, our students:

✅ Requested respected M***i Bilal Sahab to guide the public during today’s Jumma gathering regarding cleanliness, environmental protection, and safeguarding Wadej River from pollution.

✅ Distributed awareness pamphlets among the public regarding the harmful effects of dumping garbage into the stream.

✅ Conducted a door-to-door awareness campaign and delivered letters to nearby households, requesting residents not to throw waste into Wadej River and to help keep the surroundings clean.

✅ Our School Boys President also submitted letters to the respected Sarpanch Sahab, Sadr-e-Awqaaf, and Numberdar Sahab, requesting installation of large dustbins near Wadej River and at important locations of Vehil, along with arrangement of a proper dumping area in coordination with Municipality Shopian if possible.

We are hopeful that, with the support of the kind, responsible, and faithful people of Vehil Shopian, this effort will bring positive change to our locality and help restore the cleanliness and beauty of Wadej River.

🌱 Our fight for a cleaner and better tomorrow will not stop, In Sha Allah, until we achieve the best possible environment and healthy surroundings for our upcoming generations.
