The first meeting of Committee of alumni association was held on 22-01-2022 at 3.00pm at Shri Narayan Guru English Medium School, Padubelle.
President of the association Mr. Sathwik Shetty welcomed everyone. The decisions of the meeting are as follows.Advisor of the committee Mr. Jinraj C salian and director Mr. Krishna guided the committee to take the following decisions.

1. It was decided to have the name of the association as "Alumni Association, Shri Narayan Guru English Medium School, Padubelle".

2.The term of office bearers was decided as 1 year and it would begin from 1st October to 30th September. All the office bearers would be elected in October.

3. Rs 100 to be paid during the general body meeting as membership fees every year.
10th students have to pay Rs 100 during they collect their T.C. as the membership to the association.

4. Receipts should be prepared for the members who have already paid the membership fees.

5. Every month there would be office bearers meeting (11 members) and commitee meeting once in 3 months.

6. Each of the members suggested the objectives of the committee which is listed as follows.
- Assist in the overall development of the School.
- Help in increasing the numbers of admission.
- Help the students who are good in studies and financially weak to pay their fees.
- conduct skill development programs, personality development programs or workshop to the students of 5th to 7th.

7. The office bearers meeting would be held during Saturdays and will have flexible timing.

Vice President Charan devadiga, Cultural Secretary Ramyashree and Committee members Bhoomika, sachin and a new member of Committee Kawan Poojary participated in the meeting.
Secretary of the association Ms. Preethi Acharya delivered the vote of thanks.

Alumni Association of Shri Narayana Guru English Medium School, Padubelle was formed recently under the Guide Lines of the Headmaster Mr. Jinaraj C Salian. About 120
Old students attended the meeting and selected Mr. Swastik Shetty as a President of the Association followed by Mr. Krishna, as a Director, Mr. Charan Devadiga as a Vice President, Miss Preethi Acharya, Secretary, Mr. Manoj Acharya, Joint Secretary, Mr. Raksh*th Shetty, Treasurer, Mr. Royson, Joint Treasurer, Miss. Ramyashree, Cultural Secretary, Miss. Vaaruni Bhat Cultural Joint Secretary, Mr. Sharon, Sports Secretary, Mr. Ankith Shetty Sports Joint Secretary. Each student from all SSLC Batches shared their Sweet Memories. The meeting was initiated with the prayer by one of the SSLC Toppers Miss Preethi Acharya. Senior Teacher Coordinator Mrs. Veena Nayak Proposed Welcome address and SSLC First Batch Topper Mr. Krishna spoke the purpose of the Association.
Teachers of the school, Mrs. Roopa Shetty, Mrs. Shaista, Mrs. Ashwini, and Mrs. Bhavani were present. One of the SSLC Toppers and the New President Mr. Swastik Shetty proposed a vote of thanks. 🙏
