Today some of our kids took part in Swachh Bharat Abhiyan cleaned the surroundings of Sri Guru Bhavana in Tevarachatna Halli and paid respects to Mahatma Gandhiji. They took an oath to keep their surroundings, water sources and cities clean and use less plastic. The programme was co-organised by Nirmal Tunga Abhiyana, Shree Taralabalu Primary and High School - Tungateera, Karnataka Bank, Open Minds World School, Sarji Foundation, Paryavaran Samrakshana Gatividhi, Vaidyakeeya Prakosta, Karnataka Raajya Raita Sangha and other Nature enthusiasts.

We thank all the students and parents from our school for their active participation in a noble work.

ಆತ್ಮೀಯರೇ,
ದಿ.10.09.2023ರ ಭಾನುವಾರ ದಂದು "ಶ್ರೀ ತರಳುಬಾಳು ಜಗದ್ಗುರು ನಿಧಿ ಆಶ್ರಯದ" ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಶಾಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ತುಂಗಾತೀರ ತರಳುಬಾಳು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳ ಕಿರು ನಾಟಕ ತೆನಾಲಿ ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣನ ಹಾಸ್ಯ ಕತೆಗಳು, ಜಾನಪದ ನೃತ್ಯ, ಶಿವನು ಭಿಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಬಂದ ಹಾಗೂ ವಚನ ಗಾಯನ, ಶಿವನೇ ನಿನ್ನಾಟ ಬಲ್ಲವರಾರು..., ಚಿತ್ರಕಲೆ ರಾ‌ಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ಮಾರಕಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅತಿ ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡು - ಕಿರು ನಾಟಕ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ತೃತೀಯ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ಬೆಳಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.💐💐💐👏🏻👏🏻

ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಿರುನಾಟಕ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ತೃತೀಯ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ/ನಿಯರನ್ನು ತರಬೇತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯರನ್ನು, ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕವೃಂದ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.💐💐💐💐

ಆತ್ಮೀಯರೇ,
ತಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ 77ನೇ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳು.🇮🇳
ಇಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಸಡಗರ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ನಮ್ಮಶಾಲೆಯ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಮಾಜಿ ಶಿವ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಜಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಕರಿಬಸಪ್ಪ ನವರು ಧ್ವಜಾರೋಹಣ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಂದ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿವರ್ಗ ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಷಕರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ, ಇಂದಿನ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯೋತ್ಸವ ಸಮಾರಂಭವನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು. ಅದರ ಕೆಲವು ಫೋಟೋ ಮತ್ತು ವೀಡಿಯೊಗಳನ್ನು ಕೆಳಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಸಾರ್ಥಕ ದಿನ.
ಇಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ತುಂಗತೀರದ ತರಳಬಾಳು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಕೆಲವು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮತ್ತು ಓಪನ್ ಮೈಂಡ್ಸ್ ವರ್ಲ್ಡ್ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಡಣಾಯಕಪುರದ ಬೆಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಿಡಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಟ್ಟು “ವಿಶ್ವ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾ ದಿನ”ವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಿದರು. ಡಣಾಯಕಪುರದ ಶ್ರೀ ಹಾಲೇಶಪ್ಪನವರು ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮಸ್ಥರು, ಹೊಳೆಹೊನ್ನೂರಿನ ಲಯನ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ವಲಯ ಅರಣ್ಯಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜಗದೀಶ್ ರವರು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ನಿರ್ಮಲ ತುಂಗಾ ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ನಾಯ್ಡು ರವರು ಗಿಡಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿದರು. ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಸೇರಿ ಗಿಡ ನೆಟ್ಟು ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಪರಿಸರ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಕೆಲಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾದರು.

The students and staff of Tungateera Taralabalu School visited the forest area near 17th Milestone, Mandagaddhe and were actively involved in the Seedball sowing and plantation event conducted on 23 June 2023.

The students of Open Minds World School and Kamala Nehru College joined hands in this afforestation drive conducted by the Nirmala Tunga Abhiyana team with the support of the Forest Department.

It was a Sunday well spent. Please find a few photos of the event attached.

Today, some of our students actively participated in the afforestation activity by planting saplings in Tevarachatnalli in collaboration with the Forest Department, Nirmala Tunga Abhiyana Team and students of Open Minds World School.

Our kids visited the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and collected more information about it.
