With an atmosphere filled with pride and anticipation, Ivy International School organised its Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2026–27 on the school playground. The event marked the formal appointment of the Student Council, symbolising the beginning of a new journey of leadership guided by responsibility, commitment, and integrity.

The ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of *Mr. Amit Thakur, ASP,* who attended the event as the Chief Guest and motivated the young leaders with his inspiring words on discipline, responsibility, and leadership.
👑 *Conferment of Badges and Sashes*
In a proud moment for the school, the newly elected council members were formally invested with badges and sashes, symbolising the faith and trust placed in them. The young leaders accepted their roles with enthusiasm and a strong sense of duty.

The council members took the Oath of Office, pledging to uphold the values of the institution and to lead their fellow students with sincerity, discipline, and dedication.

🚩 *March Past and Clan Competition*
One of the most exciting highlights of the ceremony was the spirited march past and clan competition, where the four clans — Bavarian, Spartan, Utopian, and Venetian — showcased impressive coordination, discipline, and enthusiasm. The competition was judged on various parameters including synchronisation, presentation, and team spirit.
After a closely contested display of determination and unity, the prestigious title of the *Best Clan* was proudly awarded to the *Venetian Clan.*
🎙️ *Inspiring Address by the Chief Guest*
In his motivating address, Mr. Amit Thakur encouraged the young leaders to carry out their responsibilities with honesty, courage, and commitment. He also spoke about the importance of *cyber discipline* and responsible use of *social media,* advising students to remain cautious in the digital world and to use online platforms wisely and ethically. He emphasized that disciplined behaviour both offline and online reflects the true character of a responsible citizen.

The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by the school administration, expressing gratitude to the Chief Guest, teachers, students, and all those who contributed to the success of the event.
