Being Best is a Blessing But the same time it comes with some disadvantages- which are so expensive sometime to bear with - coz we may push people, who works around you/ with you / under you- beyond their limits, which results into frustration, anxiety 😥 , burnout , stress finally they Quit!
Solution is accept their limits and Groom them for to the Perfection you wish them to deliver.

बुजुर्गों से डरना नहीं , उनके अनुभव से सीखना है ! जब ऊँचाई पर हो तो ज़मीन नहीं भूलनी चाहिए , और जब नीचे हो अपनी क़ाबिलियत पर भरोसा रखना , हर मोड़ पर सिख छुपी है, बस उसे समझो, अपनाओ और आगे बड़ो !
