Call for Papers | LEAD-2027
The Indian Institute of Management Shillong invites academicians, researchers, industry practitioners, policymakers, and scholars from across the globe to contribute to the Leveraging Emerging Technologies and Analytics for Development (LEAD)-2027 conference, to be held from 20–22 January 2027.
The conference theme, “Human – AI Collaboration,” explores how technology and artificial intelligence are transforming the future of work, enabling organizations to build more inclusive, adaptive, and people-centric workplaces. LEAD-2027 aims to encourage meaningful discussions on leveraging digital innovation to enhance employee experiences, strengthen organizational capabilities, and shape the evolving landscape of human resource management.
Submissions are invited under Track 4: Information Systems and Analytics for Human Resources & Organisational Behaviour, covering areas such as improving employee experience through technology, leveraging technology to build humane organizations, AI and the evolution of jobs, technology-enabled contingent work, HR bias and technology, legal and compliance issues in tech-enabled HRM, and HR excellence through IT strategies and capability maturity models.
Researchers are encouraged to present original research, conceptual frameworks, and practical insights that advance the understanding of how information systems, analytics, and AI can foster resilient organizations and empower the workforce of the future.
