IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE ADJ CORE

Hi!
Please make note of the following information about the tournament
1. Due to scheduling constraints, we will not have a judge test. All judges will be randomly assigned as chairs and panelists for Round 1. Teams will be marking all the judges. Accumulated judge scores after every round will be used to assign judges in the following round. All 4 preliminary rounds will be open, so teams and judges will be evaluated for all these rounds
2. The schedule for the tournament will be strictly followed. Any team or judge who is late to a round will not be allowed to participate in that round
3. A manual on Asian Parliamentary debating along with the speaker scale has been uploaded. All judges and teams should read it as it has the rules and criteria we will be following for the tournament.
