Rajbir Singh Saini had started a school in another village "Kutubgarh" 10 k.m far from his village Naujal, as "Anjali Bal Siksha Niketan" after 10 he discovered an idea to open a new school and in the year 2009 he established another school as "Roop Chand Public School at his village. With immense efforts and dedication, he started continued both schools. First school "Anjali Bal Shiksha Niketan,

has handedover to Mr. Lokesh Kumar, a friend who has worked with him at this school for long time. Lokesh Kumar independently running "Anjali Bal Shiksha Niketan" and Mr. Rajbir Singh Saini running his own "Roop Chand Public School". Name of the school given in the memory of Late Roop Chand Saini F/O Mr. Rajbir Singh Saini.
