❗❗“Physiotherapists—if you see ANY of these 5 things on an X-ray, don’t start treatment. STOP and refer.”❗❗
✅Always remember-an X-ray alone doesn't determine whether a patient is safe for physiotherapy. Always combine imaging with history, examination, neurological status and the referring physician's assessment.📚

I think healthcare changed me in ways I never expected.🌼

You see people fighting to get back to the things we often take for granted—walking without pain, moving freely, sleeping peacefully, simply feeling okay.

And somewhere along the way, I started looking at my own life differently.🥹

I stopped being so hard on my body.
Stopped waiting for the “perfect” version of myself to feel enough.
Started appreciating the little things.
The ordinary days. The people I love. The body that carries me through all of it.

Maybe working in healthcare is not just about learning how to care for others.

Sometimes, it teaches you to finally care for yourself too. 🤍
