says that the amount of semen that is released once an adult healthy male has in*******se contains 400 million s***m. So, according to logic, if that amount of s***m found a place in the womb of a girl, then 400 million babies would be created by every single woman 😳

Out of these 400 million ***m, running like crazy towards the mother's uterus, only 300-500 s***m survive.
And the rest? They die of exhaustion or defeat on the way. Only 300-500 s***m are able to reach the o**m but just one of them, a very strong s***m, fertilizes the o**m, or takes a seat in the o**m. That lucky s***m is you or me, or all of us.
Have you ever thought of this great war?

1. When you ran "there were no eyes, hands, feet, head, yet you won.

2. When you ran, you didn't have a certificate, you didn't have a brain, but you won.

3. You had no when you ran, no one helped but you won.

4. You had a destination when you ran and you ran with a single mind, aiming at that destination and you won in the end.

- After that, many are lost in the mother's womb. But you are not dead, you have completed 9 full months.

- Many babies die at birth but you survived.

- Many babies die in the first 5 years of life. You are still alive.

- Many children die of malnutrition. Nothing happened to you.

- Many have left the world on the way to growing up, you are still alive.

And today ......

You panic when som**hing happens, you get frustrated, but why? Why do you think you have lost? Why have you lost confidence? Now you have friends, siblings, education, certificates everything. You hands and feet to toil and moil and a brain to plan. There are people to help, yet you have lost hope. When you did not give up on the first day of life why now?

Fighting death with 400 million s***m you won the competition alone without any help by running continuously.

Why do you break down when som**hing happens now??

Why do you say I do not want to live?

Why do you say I lost?

It is possible to highlight thousands of such things, but why are you frustrated?

Why would you lose?? You win in the beginning, you win in the end, you win in the middle. Give yourself time.

कौआ एकमात्र ऐसा पक्षी है, जो बाज़ पर चोंच मारने की हिम्मत करता है, वह बाज़ की पीठ पर बैठता है और उसकी गर्दन पर काटता है, लेकिन बाज़ जवाब नहीं देता ,और न ही कौआ से लड़ता है और न ही कौआ पर अपना समय बर्बाद करता है। बस अपने पंख खोलता है और आसमान में ऊँचा उठना शुरू कर देता है। उड़ान जितनी ऊँची होती है, उतना ही मुश्किल होता है ऊपर साँस लेना और फिर आक्सीजन की कमी के कारण कौआ गिर जाता है....।
आप भी अपने आस-पास मौजूद इंसानरूपी कौओं के साथ अपना समय बर्बाद करना बंद करो, बस खुद ऊंचाइयों पर चले जाओ, अपने काम में लगे रहो, वे ऐसे ही मिट जाएंगे ।🙏

*New Education Policy 2020 is announced*

1. 10+2 board structure is dropped
2. New school structure will be 5+3+3+4
3. Upto 5 pre school, 6 to 8 Mid School, 8 to 11 High School , 12 onwards Graduation
4. Any Degree will be 4 years
5. 6th std onwards vocational courses available
6. From 8th to 11 students can choose subjects
7. All graduation course will have major and minor
Example - science student can have Physics as Major and Music as minor also. Any combination he can choose
8. All higher education will be governed by only one authority.
9. UGC AICTE will be merged.
10. All University government, private, Open, Deemed, Vocational etc will have same grading and other rules.
11. New Teacher Training board will be setup for all kinds of teachers in country, no state can change
12. Same level of Accreditation to any collage , based on its rating collage will get autonomous rights and funds.
13. New Basic learning program will be created by government for parents to teach children upto 3 years in home and for pre school 3 to 6
14. Multiple entry and exit from any course
15. Credit system for graduation for each year student will get some credits which he can utilize if he takes break in course and come back again to complete course
16. All schools exams will be semester wise twise a year
17. The syllabus will be reduced to core knowledge of any subject only
18. More focus on student practical and application knowledge
19. For any graduation course if student complete only one year he will get a basic certificate, if he complete two years then he will get Diploma certificate and if he complete full course then he will get degree certificate. So no year of any student will ve vested if he break the course in between.
20.All the graduation course feed of all Universities will be govern by single authority with capping on each course.

बहुत पुरानी बात है । एक जंगल में एक ऋषि रहते थे । वे कुछ नवयुवकों को शिक्षा दिया करते थे । उनकी कुटिया के बाहर एक चबूतरा था । वहां सभी शिष्य ज्ञानार्जन करते थे ।
एक बार गुरु जी ने बेंत को चीर कर कुछ टोकरियां बनाईं और अपनी कुटिया के बाहर रख दी। दूसरे भोर जब सभी शिष्य ज्ञानार्जन के लिए आए तब ऋषि ने सभी से कहा कि एक एक टोकरी उठा लो और पास में बहती हुई नदी से पानी भर कर लाएं ।
सभी शिष्य असमंजस में पड़ गए की इस टोकरी में पानी कैसे लाएंगे । टोकरी तो बेंत से बुनी हुई है और हर एक पंक्ति में बीच बीच में खाली स्थान है । पानी छन जाएगा । मगर फिर भी सभी शिष्य गुरु आज्ञा पाकर नदी में जा पहुंचे । सभी ने पानी भरना शुरू किया । कई बार प्रयास करने पर भी जब पानी टोकरी में नहीं रुका तो खीझकर एक एक करके शिष्य कुटिया की तरफ लौटने लगे ।
मगर एक शिष्य अभी तक बार बार प्रयास कर रहा था । सुबह से शाम होने को चली । वो अभी तक प्रयास कर रहा था । वो बार बार पानी भरता और उठाता, मगर पानी छन जाता । इसी प्रक्रिया में दिन भर वो बेंत की टोकरी पानी में भीगती रही और शाम तक वो बेंत भीग भीग कर फूल गया और वो सभी छेद भर गए । अब टोकरी में कोई भी छेद नहीं बचा था । अब उसने जब टोकरी को पानी भरकर उठाया । पानी भर गया और वो कुटिया की ओर चल पड़ा। कुटिया पहुंचते ही उसके सभी सहपाठी चकित रह गए ।
गुरु ने सभी शिष्यों के सामने उसे सम्मानित किया और अपने बाकी शिष्यों को इसका कारण भी बताया और साथ ही शिक्षा भी दी -
उन्होंने कहा -

1. आप सभी में धैर्य नहीं है, अतः आप जल्दी हार मान गए ।
2. धैर्य न होने के कारण आप परिश्रम नहीं कर पाए

जबकि वह शिष्य -
1. धैर्यवान है, हार नहीं माना ।
2. उस गुरु की बात पर भरोसा था कि गुरु ने बोला है तो पानी भरेगा जरूर
3. निरंतरता है उसमे
4. अंत तक कठिन परिश्रम करता रहा
इसी कारण अंत में उसे सफलता मिली ।

THE PREGNANT DEER :

In a forest, a pregnant deer is about to give birth. She finds a remote grass field near a strong-flowing river. This seems a safe place.

Suddenly labour pains begin. At the same moment, dark clouds gather around above & lightning starts a forest fire. She looks to her left & sees a hunter with his bow extended pointing at her. To her right, she spots a hungry lion approaching her.

What can the pregnant deer do?
She is in labour!

What will happen?
Will the deer survive?
Will she give birth to a fawn?
Will the fawn survive?
Or will everything be burnt by the forest fire?
Will she perish to the hunters’ arrow?
Will she die a horrible death at the hands of the hungry lion approaching her?

She is constrained by the fire on the one side & the flowing river on the other & boxed in by her natural predators.

What does she do?
She focuses on giving birth to a new life.

The sequence of events that follows are:

- Lightning strikes & blinds the hunter.
- He releases the arrow which zips past the deer & strikes the hungry lion.
- It starts to rain heavily, & the forest fire is slowly doused by the rain.
- The deer gives birth to a healthy fawn.

In our life too, there are moments of choice when we are confronted on αll sides with negative thoughts and possibilities.

Some thoughts are so powerful that they overcome us & overwhelm us.

Maybe we can learn from the deer.
The priority of the deer, in that given moment, was simply to give birth to a baby.

The rest was not in her hands & any action or reaction that changed her focus would have likely resulted in death or disaster.

Ask yourself,
Where is your focus?
Where is your faith and hope?

In the midst of any storm, do keep faith on the Creator always. He will never ever dissapoint you. NEVER.

Remember, He neither slumbers nor slips…
