Dear Sir/ Madam,

With joy we would like to inform you that the GURUKUL ACADEMY, Seondha is organizing Inter-School Mini-Marathon Race -2020 on Sunday, January 12, 2020 in observance of National Youth Day for the students of VIII, IX and X class (Boys & Girls) as a part of Fit-India School Movement. Since, the registration will be enrolled ONLY THROUGH the concerned school, the principal or head of the institution or Faculty In-charge is requested to collect the names of interested participants/Athletes and send the list of athletes either through E-mail ([email protected]) or hard copy at Gurukul Academy, Seondha. The Schools and their staff are requested to encourage the students to participate and be present in the programme. YOUR COOPERATION IS EXCEEDINGLY Appreciable……..

Guidelines:
1. The Mini-Marathon Race -2020 is conducted for boys and girls separately.
2. The race is applicable only for the Seondha school students and Seondha boys and girls who are studying outside of Seondha.
3. There is no number limitation for participation from the schools.
4. Athletes’ Registration is done only through the school on or before 11/01/2020 in official writing.
5. There is no Registration fee for the Athletes.
6. Athletes need to produce his/her attendance for the race at GURUKUL ACADEMY, Seondha by 8 am on 12/01/2020.
7. The Race distance for boys is 1000 meters and for girls 500 meters.
8. If any Seondha inhabitant athlete who is studying outside of Seondha and interested in participating on his/her responsibility need to produce the mark sheet or school ID card or Adhar Card during registration.
9. Prize ceremony and Snacks will be followed by the Race.
