Dear School Buddies, Our Maths teacher meet with major Accident and below message from Sir’s Family.

Sri A Someswara Rao, my brother-in-law met with a severe accident last Saturday 4-Aug-23

Sri Someswara Rao was a Maths teacher at Rock Memorial School, Masab Tank and given tuitions to many students at Kakatiyanagar and Saidabad colony since 1980

A biker hit him from back side while he was walking back to home from a near by Canada bank branch in Saidabad colony

Some passersby taken him to Focus Hospital at Champapet

He had hemorrhage on both sides of brain, multiple fractures / injuries - right shoulder, jaw, rib cage & spinal cord

We have shifted him to KIMS Sunshine Hospital, Paradise, Secundrabad on Saturday night

Dr Naveen Mehrotra, Neuro Surgeon operated on his brain and released the pressure

Currently he is in ICU with breathing assistance; hemorrhage in brain cleared; orthopedic supports provided for damages in Jaw, right shoulder, rib cage, spinal cord

We have established relationship with Dr Naveen Mehrotra and Mr Rajiv, Admn Head at KIMS Sunshine hospital through mutual contacts and we are getting the best care

We have also contacted the Police who are actively investigating to trace the biker. They have fouls CCTV footage if the area and identified the accident

Though he is still unconscious, he has been moving his hands & legs involuntarily to ward of any pain he may be experiencing

Doctors informed that his recovery is in right path, but will take longer time through ICU - HDU (High dependency Unit) - rehabilitation at a expert Physiotherapy centre

We thank you and all his ex students who have expressed willingness to offer help
