The boulder-scape at MH offers a wide range of boulder problems , from easy slabs to technical overhangs. This place has been a breeding ground for novice climbers and outdoor enthusiasts in general. With over 60 odd established routes and a 100 people having had their first climbing experience, this place is a blessing for climbers of this region.
As if highballs , slabs , traverse and sit start problems were not enough, mh threw at us a crack! Not just any crack , a splitter crack. 15 feet in height, with sharp features the crack offers some intense crack climbing oppertunity.
We set out with high hopes of climbing the crack and we called it the crack project. After a bit of cleaning, the first few tries were mostly trying to figure out the take off and getting used to jamming our hand and feet into the features of the crack. Bit by bit we kept making progress but the higher we went the scarier the falls got. And at a point one of us took a disastrous fall which lead to the climber messing up his foot pretty bad.
Our hopes were shattered and we left the crack alone.

Ajj Awadh me Holi hain Rasiya!

A full filling Holi experience in the holy land of Ayodhya. Celebrating the festival in this way , where Sita Ram Lakshman were the center of attraction was the best part!
