Love for nature captured.

When trainers come together with intent, the impact is immediate.
This past weekend in Surat, I had the pleasure and privilege of leading a Skills for English Train the Trainer workshop with 53 teacher trainers, an experience that was also featured in and captured on on .

At the heart of the session was one key focus: level-appropriate learning and assessment from A1 to C2.
We worked with the CEFR not as theory, but as a practical tool - helping trainers:
• teach each level with clarity
• align learning with assessment
• create a realistic test experience

What stood out most?
Trainers actively connecting the dots- between classroom practice and assessment expectations. When this alignment happens, testing becomes a natural extension of learning.

And finally, what truly makes such sessions successful is the confluence - of committed participants, a supportive venue, and a strong team (Mazhar, Vaishali, and others) working seamlessly together.

Grateful for spaces where learning is shared, questioned, strengthened, and for meeting old friends again and getting acquainted with new trainers.
