"Oh! Its just 6 AM, who will do exercise this early morning
Lemme sleep for another 10 mins" and I slept till 10AM

"Now its already 10. Exercise should be done by 7AM and now I dont have time to do exercise. Will do from tomorrow"

Next Day:

"Well! I don't like to exercise after Sun Rise, will do office works now and continue exercise in the evening hours."

In the evening
"My works are not completed yet, exercise can wait but not my works"

These were the reasons I gave myself for not doing exercise from the past many years.

But the true fact is, I actually have time. I can make time. But I don't want to make time. I don't want to exercise.

Accepting that you are the one who is stopping yourself is confronting.
It's not easy to accept.

But once when I completely agreed and be authentic to myself
I got freedom of choice.

Here I discovered that Ruthvik is not ready to do exercise, but Ruthvik is promising to do exercise daily just to keep motivated.

I spoke with myself, then I choose to do exercise. It's my day 1. I promised myself i'll continue this for at least 2020 End. And I'll do.

Yes, I may face breakdowns, I may again come up with reasons, but the power lies in acknowledging those reasons and not going with those reasons but with the intention.

When you dont trust yourself
then how can you expect people to trust you?

The first step of self growth is to trust ourselves

You are more powerful than you really expect

You are more capable than you really think

You are more loved than you really feel

I trust you.. But do you?

When we are questioned, “what makes you happy?” 🧐

Immediately we run into finding different experiences 🤠 that we have been through. And pick one of the best experience 🥰 and claim, This is what makes me happy… 😍

But when we observe, one particular thing which makes us happy isn’t the same for some other.🤥

Eg: I love visiting Beach. 🏖️Because I’ve accepted the breeze 💨 I accepted the waves 🌊 I accepted those crabs 🦀 which crawls on the beach thus, I’ve started loving the beach. Visiting a beach makes me happy. 😍☺️

But I don’t like to travel to the hilltop. ⛰️ Because I didn’t accept that travelling 🚌 I didn’t accept the way the trekking is done 🧗. I didn’t accept the vomiting sensation 🤮 that I get while getting down from the hill... Thus a trip for hilltop doesn’t make me happy. ❌

Similarly, when you accept the way your spouse is, you will be happy in your relationship… 👩‍❤️‍👨

Or when you accept your boss and his conversations, 🗣️ you will even enjoy your 3 hours weekly meetings as well… 😁

BUT.....

Sometimes the "leaving it behind" is easier said than done. 🤕

Sometimes the fear of "what would i do, who am i, without the baggage" is so great, you'll hold on tighter👿

The truth is, despite trying to let it go, you can't let it go until it's time to go😭

It's the emotions that keeps you holding on and reacting from shadow to everything in life. 🤐

Even when your logical mind knows it's best to move on, let go, change, heal, grow, but its still difficult...😭😭

Right now, Ask yourself self, is it that much important to carry loads and loads of baggage to the present?🧐

Can you forgive yourself and others for the past of what has happened?

Can you show mercy to yourself and others?

That's one of the access to come to the present without burden!

One of my favourite thing to do is to procrastinate… 🙈

I wish to do many things, but then, I get stoped.😫

I’ll tell myself that, it can be done later. It’s not urgent.🥱

And I postpone works to do something else or most of the times, lie over the lazy couch…😪

I enjoy lying over that couch…🤤
But once, the deadline approaches..

I get hurried 😰 worried 😥 and eventually buried 😓

How to get and retain a positive impression?

This is a never ending topic 😂 however i’ll put it crisp 😅

That was the first day 📆 for my office.
Our timings are 930-6pm 🕰️
And i stepped in sharp at 9:00 am 🕘

Even my manager 👨🏻 appreciated me. 👏🏻

Days passed by,
Now I've started reaching office at 10😑
My parents started believing that my office starts at 10😅

Lost all the impression in office. 😒

There was another day where I promised my sister 👧🏻 that I'll gift 🎁 her something which she likes.

And, I gifted her something which I liked😅😝

Now she’s under the impression that I'll never gift her something which she likes 😣

Irrespective of how many times I try to alter it, the impression does not change easily.😞

If we look at both the scenarios,

Positive impression is attained when you keep your promises. 🤞🏻

Life is filled with promises. 😃

Promises are of two types.
Told and Untold.

🗣️Told Promise: Something which you said you will do at a particular time.

🚫Untold Promise:

Something which people expect from you and you are supposed to do it.

Like, if you are married 💑 your wife expects you to come home early ⌚

If you are in a relationship, wishing him/her at 12pm 🕛 on his/her birthday 🎂

If you are a student, gaining high scores 💯 is your untold promise

If you are a homemaker, arranging food 🥗 on time to the family members is an untold promise.

Yes, even petty things are to be considered. 🙌

If you are unaware of your untold promises, you can go and ask the person who is expecting you to do

However, its not necessary that you have to oblige and fullfill all your untold promises,

But its necessary that you communicate with the person that, you are not fullfill the promise/ promise to fulfill it at later point of time with specific date and time. 📅

Tell me one reason 💭 why people will not have a positive impression when you live a life with your WORD? 🤔

Life will not be the same once you live in the world of promises.

So, here is a for the week

Take on the challenge of, fulfilling a day with promises. Both told and untold.

Luck 🎲 just *ucked me up... Should i lose hope❓

Should i give up🤷🏻‍♀️ just because everyone are about to win 🥇 and all my pawns are at home🏡?

I was blaming all my fate 😑, stars ✨... As per numerology 🔢 and astrology ♈ luck will never be on my side...😏

Does it mean I'll never win LUDO?🧐 Forget about Ludo, does it mean, I'll never be fortunate enough to win whatever in my life? 🙄

Lets look at this in other way round. There is a fraction of part where luck persists. May be 1%.

Is 1% too low?🙇🏻‍♂️

Ok for your sake, lets consider 10%. We cant do anything about this 10% 🙎🏻‍♂️

But rest 90% of is in our hands!🙋🏻‍♂️

You plan, you strategize, you execute...🙅🏻‍♂️

Tell me, will this 90% not help you in gaining whatever you want in your life?👨🏻‍💼

Rather than ranting 😩 about 10% luck, why not take actions for 90%? 😑
