Poster Making Competition on Anti-Ragging

A Poster Making Competition was organised at MDU-CPAS, Gurugram, on 18 August 2026 as part of the UGC Anti-Ragging Week, observed from 12 to 18 August 2026. A total of 41 students from various courses participated in the event with great enthusiasm and creativity.

The winners were:

- First Prize: Shivani Vishwakarma
- Second Prize: Megan
- Third Prize: Pranjali and Divya Pareek
- Consolation Prizes: Gaurav Saini and Sana Iqbal

The posters were evaluated by a panel comprising Prof. Pooja Yadav, Dr. Seema Baswana, and Dr. Ram Gopal, who judged the entries through a blind and transparent evaluation process.

Prof. Pardeep K. Ahalawat, Director, MDU-CPAS, congratulated all the winners and appreciated the enthusiasm and active participation of students and teachers in promoting a safe, inclusive and ragging-free campus environment.

Prof. Anupam Kurlwal, Coordinator, Law Programmes, MDU-CPAS, also congratulated the Anti-Ragging Committee for its sincere efforts and contribution towards making the event a successful and meaningful initiative.

The event reflected the collective commitment of the MDU-CPAS community towards creating a campus where every student can learn and grow in an atmosphere of dignity, respect and freedom from ragging.

Maharshi Dayanand University Centre for Professional and Allied Studies (MDU CPAS), Gurugram, celebrated the 80th Independence Day with great enthusiasm, patriotic spirit and a deep sense of pride. The celebration was organised with the active participation of the NCC cadets, CTO Dr Snehlata Sangwan and faculty members of the college under the guidance of Dr. Pradeep Kr. Ahlawat, Director , MDU CPAS Gurugram.

The programme commenced with the flag hoisting ceremony, which was performed by Dr. Anupam Acharya, Law Coordinator, MDU CPAS Gurugram followed by the National Anthem, creating an atmosphere filled with patriotism and pride.

The NCC cadets presented an impressive parade, showcasing discipline, coordination and dedication. The programme also included patriotic speeches and poetry recitations by the cadets, who expressed their love for the country and paid tribute to the freedom fighters whose sacrifices paved the way for India's independence.

The celebration concluded on a proud and inspiring note, reminding everyone of their responsibility towards the progress and development of the nation. The event was a memorable celebration of India's freedom and the patriotic spirit of the MDU CPAS family.

First Counselling for PG programs and LLB 3 year

गुरुग्राम, 22 जुलाई 2026: महार्षि दयानंद विश्वविद्यालय के सेक्टर-40 स्थित सेंटर फॉर प्रोफेशनल एंड एलाइड स्टडीज़ (एमडीयू-सीपीएएस), गुरुग्राम में शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026-27 के लिए बीबीए 4 वर्षीय (ऑनर्स विद रिसर्च) कार्यक्रम में प्रवेश के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन जारी हैं। केंद्र के जनसंपर्क विभाग के अनुसार इस कार्यक्रम में प्रवेश के इच्छुक विद्यार्थी 29 जुलाई 2026 तक विश्वविद्यालय की वेबसाइट के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

बीबीए (ऑनर्स विद रिसर्च) कार्यक्रम राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (एनईपी-2020) के अनुरूप तैयार किया गया है। इसमें आधुनिक प्रबंधन शिक्षा के साथ-साथ कौशल विकास, इंटर्नशिप, उद्योग से जुड़ा व्यावहारिक अनुभव तथा शोध पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाता है। यह पाठ्यक्रम विद्यार्थियों को रोजगार और उच्च शिक्षा, दोनों के लिए बेहतर अवसर उपलब्ध कराता है।

बीबीए कार्यक्रम की काउंसलिंग 31 जुलाई 2026 को एमडीयू-सीपीएएस, सेक्टर-40, गुरुग्राम परिसर में आयोजित की जाएगी। विद्यार्थी काउंसलिंग के दिन अपने सभी मूल प्रमाण-पत्र एवं आवश्यक दस्तावेज साथ लेकर उपस्थित हों।
